Jeff Gonschoroski (Certified Massage Therapist) specializes in SWEDISH, DEEP TISSUE and REFLEXOLOGY. Jeff has the ability to proviede a sensual relaxing massage combined with a variety of techniques in order to relieve stress, tone muscles and improve circulation. A water based cream is used that smoothes without leaving residue on your body or clothes.

DEEP TISSUE: Shorter, slower strokes reaching deeper in the layer of superficial fascia of the muscle. Stimulates blood flow to a deeper level, stimulates healing.

SWEDISH: Long strokes that increase the blood circulation and oxygen to your tired muscles. Promotes relaxation.

REFLEXOLOGY: When pressure techniques are applied to parts of your feet that correspond to a specific part of the body.
